Conceptual Designs

This conceptual art and floor plan is for a shared multi-purpose space in a residential home. The space includes a mini bar, a lounge space, a designated card table, and a semi-secluded desk space.

The mid-century, contemporary design invites a cozy space that is focused around a fireplace. Nature and activity come first here, rather than centering around a screen. The slightly sunken room prepares your friends and family for an intimate gathering and a good time. The paned french doors allow for easy separation for use of the space as an office, while still allowing in plenty natural lighting.

The plans include a scaled furniture plan, a lighting plan, and window placement.
